Employee Wellness Programs

 

Our Employee Wellness Programs focuses on mindfulness awareness through customized programs. An effectively designed wellness program can increase productivity, boost moral and reduce stress. Our programs are built on the the foundation of creating Work-Life Balance for the employee. Wellness programs help employees make informed and healthy choices that can reduce health care costs, increase vitality and diminish absenteeism. We offer an on-site wellness program because the majority of an employee’s time is spent at the workplace. In addition we do offer eLearning for employees who don’t really have the time to spend away from their desk.

Employee Wellness Basic Program
Heal My Body Love My Life

Program Time: 90 minutes
Recommended Time:  10am to 11.30am

This is a 30 minute talk which focuses on the basic understanding of mindfulness and applying this in the workplace. This is followed by a 60 minute yoga session.

Employee Wellness Basic+ Program
Be Here & Now

Program Time: 120minutes
Recommended Time:  10am to 12.00pm

This is a 60 minute talk which focuses on the basic understanding of meditation and applying this in the workplace. This is followed by a 60 minute yoga & meditation session.

 

Employee Wellness Intermediate Program
Move with Awareness

Program Time: 3 hours
Recommended Time:  9am to 12.00pm

This is a focused Mindfulness in the Workplace program that includes:
9-10        Yoga & Meditation
10-11      Levels of our Being Seminar
11-12      Spacial Meditation Technique

Effortlessness is the Key

Program Time: 3 hours
Recommended Time: 9am to 12pm

This is a focused Meditation in the Workplace program that includes:

10-11      Understanding our Archetypes
11-12      Breathwork

Employee Wellness Advanced Program
Choiceless Awareness

Program Time: 8 hours
Recommended Time:  9am to 5.00pm

This is a focused Mindfulness in the Workplace program that includes:
9-10        Yoga & Meditation
10-11      Levels of our Being Seminar
11-12      Levels of our Existence
12-1         Lunch
1-2           Understanding our Archetypes
2-3           Spacial & Dynamic Meditation Techniques
3-4           Breathwork
4-5           Wrap up and Daily Practices

Employee Wellness Advanced Program
eLearning 

Program Time: 12 hours
Recommended Time:  At employees convenience

We have an eLearning platform which offers individual coaching for workplace wellness. We use Skype, video chats, WhatsApp, Zoom or telephone conversations to guide, mentor and coach employees on our programs.
